David from Savoy Software wrote a very interesting article about performance improvement on the iPhone.
I wonder why C++ is not more often used in Objective-C environments. I know that most Objective-C programmers are afraid of C++ and what it would do to their code. Maybe it has to do with the way both languages are designed. They are fundamentally different and that makes reading the code so hard when you come back months later. In case of the iPhone I guess looking into C++ constructs is a good way to improve your app. Thanks David.
